Operation & Maintenance Spv Sulawesi
Balikpapan (Kalimantan Timur), Palembang (Sumatera Selatan)
Responsibilities:
Monitoring contractor’s routine maintenance
Monitoring schedule of CME & Repeater KPI
Monitoring realization of PIC’s site inspection
Monitoring progress of trouble ticket solution
Monitoring progress of validation & updating data site
Monitoring process of site handover from project directorate to operation maintenance directorate
Monitoring site problem solution
Preparing maintenance activity reports to Regional Manager
Requirements:
Minimul Bachelor Degree in Engineering
Having 2 years experience as Operayion & Maintenance in Telecommunication Company
Expert in using Ms Office
Expert in data analysis
Can be a good leader
Having good communication & teamwork skill
Job location in Sulawesi, homebase makassar & manado

As a community and government relations section head ,you are responsible for Supervising and controlling Community & Government Relations activities to ensure all site acquisition and collocation stages can run as targets set by considering the health and safety and building good relationships with local government and local people in the work area in an effort to facilitate the maintenance of tower construction permits and renewals lease land.
Community & Government Relation Section Head – Sulawesi
Sulawesi Selatan
Responsibilities:
Updating the status of land in each site
Negotiating land expansion and compensation demand
Managing and documenting IMB and PBB data
Updating site acquisition data and site layout in TBGSys
Provide progress report updated related construction tower, either by the system or daily/monthly report
Do the anticipation and escalation of operational risks (changes in local government regulations, interference from irresponsible people)
Motivate, identify and review the performance of subordinates to enhance the skills, knowledge and abilities
Requirements:
Minimum S1 any major(preferably from legal)
Minimum 1 year experience in the same field
Having knowledge in BTS tower
Having strong communication and negotiation skill
Willing to be placed in Sulawesi (Makassar)
Wiiling to travel and moved around the working area of Tower Bersama Group
