Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting in behalf of a multinational company that is currently operating in 11 countries. Our client is looking for a candidate for the opportunity of working as a Sales Engineer with their reputed company. Ideally, the candidate should have a degree in mechanical, electrical or civil engineering, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience selling products to industrial companies (companies with factories). The position is based in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan. The winning candidate will be responsible for maintaining current sales business, developing relationships with new clients and increasing sales.
Responsibilities:
Performing sales activity assigned to achieve an optimum level of business
Responsible for formulating and implementing short- and medium-term sales strategies
Accountable for the achievements of sales volume targets and growth within specific assignment
Responsible for the evaluations and approval of sales proposal prior to proposal release (evaluations must cover legal and commercial aspect)
Establishing customer or prospect interface and retaining valuable clients for future business
All required reporting to be available in timely manner
Incumbent should develop sales strategy with sales manager
Other duties as assigned
Ascertain safe working conditions, as well as health and environment aspects, in the work and report condition of danger to supervisor
Obeys all related regulations of EHS in job activity area
Requirements:
