Currently, Vania supplies fabrics and furnishings for world renowned establishments such as the five stars Restaurant, hotel, and others service industry. Up until now, Vania has 5 showrooms in Indonesia’s prime cities; Jakarta, Surabaya ,Bandung, Medan and Bali and 1 showroom in Singapura.


Customer Service & Cashier (Surabaya)

Responsibilities:

The incumbent will take care of our showroom customer service delivery to our beloved customer. She must have excellent customer service spirit to ensure the customer would have a memorable shopping experiences with us and oversee Cashier activities at showroom to manage the accuracy of transacation and maintain good delivery of cashier's customer service.
Requirements:


Female, maximum age is 28 years old.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
Required skill(s): computer literate, Sales Administration.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
Good looking, feminine, graceful and energetic.
Smart, team player, honest, hardworker and dependenable.
Service oriented and show a strong dedication to customer satisfaction.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:


Male / female, 25 -35 years old.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Required skill(s): must have excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skill, good personal approach, interpersonal skill & excellent leadership, computer literate, Proficient in English (Both Oral and Written).
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
